Overview
Vci (vibe coding incubator) teaches people to build software with ai through live workshops. These funnels sell two of them: claude code, a four-day workshop for coaches with software ideas, and claude cowork, a two-day workshop.
I designed and built both funnels in gohighlevel as custom code blocks. Claude code came first: I redesigned the existing funnel from top to bottom, with a new hero and headline, a one-step order popup and a better mobile layout. Then I built cowork from scratch: a sales page with an order popup, a vip upsell and a thank-you page, which I later rebuilt after three research passes and a teardown of seven course pages. I also edited the on-page video. Once the funnels went live and ads were running, the claude code opt-in rate rose from ~3% to ~8% at the a/b test peak, and the two funnels together drew ~58k page views and 1,600+ sales.
