Citria
An appointment and payments app for small service businesses in argentina, from ux research to a high-fidelity prototype.

Role
Market research, ux research, benchmarking, card sorting, information architecture, user flows, ui design, design system and prototype.
Stack
Figma, figma slides, optimal workshop, google forms.
Overview
Citria puts appointments, availability, clients and payments in one place, for owners who run a small service business on their own. It was the first project of the ux/ui design diploma at the universidad tecnológica nacional (utn): a university brief, not client work.
I led a team of four. We started with desktop research and a benchmark of four booking apps, then interviewed six owners and built a proto persona, a validated user persona and an affinity map. We set the scope with moscow, ran card sorting with ten participants that confirmed the four-section architecture, mapped the task and user flows, and designed a high-fidelity prototype on atomic design.
